Specializing in east Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods such as Rio Vista, Victoria Park, Coral Ridge, and Las Olas Isles to name a few. In addition, Nicola's real estate experience extends further south to Miami focusing on South Beach, Edgewater, Downtown Miami, and Brickell submarkets.
