Penny MacIntyre

A business trip brought this New York City and Yankees fan to Bermuda in 2006 and set the tides in motion for her commitment to a new “island”.  Penny MacIntyre joined Rego Sotheby's International Realty as a sales and leasing agent, promoted to manager of the commercial practice and became partner overseeing operations, human resources and business development.  Private individuals to Fortune 100 clients seek Penny’s expertise in buyer and tenant representation and deal structure analysis including her notable history executing strategic negotiations for headquarters, data centers and aircraft hangars.

Led by Penny, the firm’s office, retail and industrial commercial practice notably conducts over 90% of the island’s hotel/tourism sales serving as an exclusive agent to the newest and most notable luxury properties:  Rosewood Tucker’s Point Hotel and Resort, The Loren Hotel at Pink Beach, St. Regis Bermuda and Hamilton Princess Resort and Beach Club.

Penny volunteers as a Board of Director to the Bermuda Centre for Creative Learning (BCCL) for special needs children’s alternative educational programs, the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club (RHADC) Committee of Management and Bermuda Wellness Foundation (BWF) to support health initiatives island-wide along with Bermuda’s new state of the art hospital.

Career highlights include real estate negotiations on behalf of Bloomberg LP, the Honorable former New York City Mayor Bloomberg, Republican National Convention, NYPD and United States Secret Service, Multiple Recipient Bermudian's Best of Bermuda Awards Most Diligent Real Estate Agent, CORENET New York Chapter Emerging Leader and served as Television, Radio and Newsprint journalist for Dow Jones / Wall Street Journal and CNN conducting stakeouts at the UN Security Council.
