Beth Davis

Beth is a third-generation Barrington resident with a strong local knowledge of the East Bay and a consistent Top Producer for Mott and Chace Sotheby's International Realty. Beth has 35 years of experience and takes great pride in her reputation, knowledge, and ability to get the job done. Beth has been a consistent top producer and awarded the Circle of Excellence Award from the Greater Providence Board of Realtors 2015-2020. Beth is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Board of Realtors, and the Statewide Multiple Listing Service with designations as Accredited Buyers Agent and Senior Real Estate Specialists.

Beth's passion was the development of Ability Plus Inc @ Attitash, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing sports and recreation for persons with disabilities. She has served as a board member with many organizations, including Barrington Citizen's Scholarship Foundation, RI Board of Realtors, Nayatt Fair, Lincoln School Tour, and Disabled Sports USA. She is a professional ski instructor, certified scuba diver, bagpiper, and adventure traveler.

As a full-time Realtor, licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, she is aware and knowledgeable of all properties on the market, sold and pending, their price, condition, and reason for sale. Beth offers comprehensive, professional and diversified marketing service which ensure a stress-free and successful real estate transactions.
