Kris Weaver serves as Principal Broker and CEO of Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty. Introducing Sotheby’s International Realty to the region in 2016 he has guided market-leading performance ever since. Licensed in 1997, Kris brings nearly 30 years of brokerage and entrepreneurial experience to a network of more than 100 professionals operating from three strategically placed offices across coastal Virginia. In the past 12 months alone the firm’s agents handled over 1,000 transaction sides, production that ranks Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty among the top few-hundred brokerage operations nationwide and places Kris himself in the top 0.01 percent of U.S. REALTORS® by his annual sales volume.
