You can expect a seamless and successful transaction with Hank Mastain as your Realtor®. He approaches each client with empathy and works earnestly to achieve their goals.

Describing what sets him apart, Hank keeps it simple: “I take intuitive action.”

Ask his clients, and they’ll tell you he’s the best real estate agent they’ve ever worked with. Their testimonials highlight his attention to detail, his responsive communication, and his deep knowledge of the local market.

Indeed, Hank has the experience and expertise to guide you with ease. He has been a local for over 25 years and has sold nearly $300,000,000 in real estate. His annual volume has put him among the top 1% of agents in Utah and nationwide, recognized as one of “America’s Best” by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal.

His formula for success? “My reputation. I’m great at being one step ahead, at anticipating, and I give thoughtful advice. I make people feel like they’re being taken care of. That’s my business plan. That’s what I try to be known for. And I answer my phone.”

Behind the scenes, Hank is backed by the management, staff, and award-winning marketing team at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Hank was recruited to the company in 2011 and works out of the Deer Valley office in Silver Lake Village, close to where he grew up.

“I have such a deep connection to Park City, especially Deer Valley. And I love seeing how much it means to other people. I get nostalgic every day.”

As a Realtor®, Hank specializes in selling homes, condos, and townhomes in Deer Valley and the Park City area. He has also brokered Utah ranch properties and real estate in the Heber and Kamas Valleys, at Sundance Mountain Resort, and in Salt Lake City.

Hank began his real estate career at 17, purchasing his first investment property. “It was the cheapest condo in Park City,” and inspired him to get his real estate license at 21. Through the years, Hank has helped other investors buy and sell multifamily properties and today he owns a duplex near the State Capitol and a six unit apartment building by Liberty Park in Salt Lake City.

Before he became a Realtor®, Hank attended The American School in Switzerland (TASIS) and graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine with a Bachelors in History.

Now 39, Hank loves the life that he is creating with his partner, also an agent at Summit Sotheby’s. They share a love for fixing up their properties, spending time with their friends and family, and participating in competitive sports through the Stonewall Sports League. Hank also competes in pickleball. His favorite activity of all, though, is hiking the local trails at sunset with his labradoodle, Sabo.
