Dennis McCormack co-founded Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty in 1995 with business partner Keith Alliotts. In a ten year period, the company has grown to have multiple locations, first in Alpine, second in Saddle River and another opening in Tenafly, all in New Jersey. The Company has 65 Sales Agents and dominates the luxury residential Real Estate market in Bergen County, with an average home sales price just under $2 million dollars. Dennis is the Broker and managing partner.
