Philip has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has built a successful real estate career in Hudson and Bergen counties through a combination of hard work, integrity, energy, and creativity. Philip has worked in every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.
Philip grew up in Rockland County, New York, where his love for customer service began. Through his work with charitable organizations in his community, his desire to assist people blossomed. After studying at Iona College, he moved to the west coast to pursue a career in the hospitality business, but soon began purchasing his first investment properties and was hooked on real estate. Since then, he has helped family, friends and clients. He prides himself on being there for all of his clients 100% of the time. No matter the scope of the transaction he will always be available to listen and answer his client's questions.
Philip now resides in Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife and 3 children. When Philip is not helping his clients, he is home playing with his kids. He is a true family man and believes time with his family is the best part of every day. Philip is an avid sports fan, with football and baseball being his favorites. He also rarely misses an opportunity to play a round of golf with friends, colleagues, and clients.
