Lisa Hardiman

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Lisa Hardiman became a licensed real estate agent in 2009 specializing in Baltimore's premier neighborhoods including Roland Park, Homeland, Guilford, Ruxton, Woodbrook, Owings Mills, Greenspring Valley, Hampton, and along the Falls Road Corridor. She is also a member of The Mitchell Team of Monument Sotheby's International Realty. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, she brings valuable negotiating and technical skills to her clients as they navigate buying a home as well as helping clients through the selling process. She provides a superior level of service to all aspects of the buying and selling process.
Prior to real estate, Lisa worked as a retail stockbroker with Alex. Brown and Sons, Inc. in their San Francisco office before joining Ariel Capital Management in Chicago as their Vice President for Shareholder Services where she was responsible for developing a customer service department to handle clients' needs. Her family relocated to Baltimore in 1998, where they spent over 20 years raising their three kids while living in the Ruxton area. Lisa has been an active volunteer at various schools in the area including Gilman School, Roland Park Country School as well as for the Baltimore School for the Arts and Teach for America Baltimore where she served as the first board chair. She has been a trustee of St. Paul's School for Girls, a member of Ariel Community Academy's board as well the Joffrey Ballet's Junior Board in Chicago. Having moved many times over the span of her career life she brings unique knowledge to the relocation process and loves to introduce new people to Baltimore or lifelong Baltimore residents to new areas in the city and county. Lisa is a graduate of Brown University in Rhode Island where she studied Mathematics and Educational Studies.
