Tom Oaster

Tom is originally from Towson, Maryland, spending most of his early years between Maryland and Ohio, and moved to Minnesota with my parents and siblings after graduation from Oberlin College in Ohio in 1975.The majority of his sales and customer support career has been in the medical device industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota, while also covering the Dakotas and Iowa.

On a cold November day in 2007, Tom and his wife moved from the frozen tundra to become a southwest Florida territory manager and began building a medical sales business covering Tampa to the Florida Keys with a headquarter in Naples, Florida.

After 35+ years in the medical sales arena, Tom's focus on performance for the customer and company has earned him Rookie of the Year, Regional Star, President's Club, Senior Sales Manager, etc; a satisfied customer, however, means more to him than plaques on the wall!

He has a customer-centric focus towards the execution of business and marketing strategies for his client, whether they are buyers or sellers.

His hobbies include golf and scuba diving.
