Marsha Kistler

A native Houstonian and West University Place resident since 1990, Marsha Kistler joined Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in 1999. A multiple-recipient of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence award, Marsha works successfully with both sellers and buyers and holds an Accredited Buyers Representative designation. Texas Monthly magazine has named Marsha a Five Star Real Estate Agent every year since 2011, an honor awarded to less than seven percent of Houston-area real estate agents.

Former clients call Marsha whenever they are looking to buy or sell real estate and repeatedly recommend her to family and friends. “I like meeting new people and educating them to our real estate market,” says Marsha. “I do my research and analyze the data to help clients make an informed decision that’s right for them. My priority is alleviating any concerns they may have and resolving problems in their best interests. I believe that creating a positive environment makes for a successful outcome.”

Prior to her career in residential real estate, Marsha was a director of human resources and learned first-hand about the concerns of families moving in and out of Houston. She applies that understanding to her real estate clients who are relocating.

Marsha grew up in Meyerland and graduated from Bellaire High School and the University of Houston. She is a strong community supporter of Child Advocates, Inc. and has served as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem. Marsha also donates much of her free time to fostering dogs and volunteering with animal rescue groups.
