Lakewood Ranch, Florida, Sarasota County, 34202After owning an interior design company in Orlando, Florida where she was the design principal, Jill Johns obtained her real estate license in 1987 and began her career as a consistent top producer for area builders and developers. She earned several outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction awards, was selected to attend five summer awards conferences based on superior sales performance, received the National Customer Service Team award, Outstanding National Sales award and won the Olympic Sales Conference in 1996. Jill transferred this invaluable and extensive experience into general real estate in 2007 and formed a team with Larry Johns in 2009, merging their experience and expertise and creating a framework for transferring their expert knowledge, in multiple neighborhoods in the greater Sarasota area, to their customers, providing the highest level of service and experience.
Throughout her career, Jill has received the highest levels of training in construction, customer service, effective communication, customer needs assessment and marketing, proving invaluable in assisting her customers, both buyers and sellers, to successful transactions. Jill's experience in the interior design industry has also provided guidance and vision to many of her customers.
Jill wishes to impart a level of trust and a concierge-level of service to her customer base, including both sellers and buyers and to develop lifelong customers and friendships along the way towards successful transactions. She has a keen ability to listen to customer needs and focus on those needs rather than her own agenda.
In moving to Sarasota, Jill and Larry purchased a historic Spanish-Mediterranean home West of the Trail built in 1925 and renovated it over a period of time, which included the addition of a garage, the renovation of a guest house, the design and addition of a master bath and the design and building of a two-story addition. Their home was published in five home design magazines. Jill is also interested in interior design, architecture and gardening. She loves the beach, Italy and France.
Jill, originally from New Jersey, now resides in University Park, Florida. She attended Monmouth University and received a liberal arts degree.
