As for her personal biography, Teenu grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, close to the Atlantic Ocean, where she enjoyed the beach life, riding her bicycle, picking fruit and smelling the salt air. She has an economics degree from Dickinson College, and has lived in Washington D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, and Kansas City before settling in Tucson with her husband, two daughters and her two German Shepherds.
