Matthew Paige

Matt Paige is a Bainbridge Island native and real estate advisor with 10 years of experience serving the community he proudly calls home. He leads Paige & Co., a top-producing team founded by his father, Dennis Paige, and represents the next generation of a family deeply rooted in Bainbridge Island real estate. Under Matt’s leadership, the team continues to build on more than 40 years of local market expertise while evolving to meet the demands of today’s market.

During his career at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Matt has been part of over 225 transactions totaling more than $275 million in sales. He utilizes the firm’s cutting-edge technology and expansive marketing resources to drive consistent results for his clients. That success is reflected in the ongoing performance of Paige & Co., which regularly ranks among the top-producing teams in the Bainbridge Island office, including #2 in team production in 2025 & 2024, #1 in 2023, #2 in 2022, and #1 in 2021.

In addition to his work with Paige & Co., Matt partners with Danny Varona to focus specifically on waterfront properties. Together, they were recognized as the #1 waterfront team on Bainbridge Island in 2025 by both number of sales and total dollar volume, a distinction that reflects their specialized knowledge and proven success in this highly nuanced segment of the market.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political economics from the University of Washington, Matt returned to Bainbridge Island to start a family of his own. He and his wife are raising their two daughters (Addie 14 and Audrey 7) and son (Asher 5) in the same community where he grew up. Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors—on the water, in the mountains, or, when he’s lucky, on the golf course.
