Jason Siemens

Jason Siemens is a lifelong resident of Montecito and now resides there with his wife and two young children. Jason has had at least 20 years of experience as a builder/investor in buying and selling Montecito and Santa Barbara area real estate. As a former general contractor, he has the ability to show and sell homes for buyers and sellers from a builder's perspective.

Jason has a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California. His family is in the real estate business with apartments, commercial and hotel properties nationwide. He enjoys spending time with his family, bird watching, and helping out with the family vineyard and wine making business, JCR - Jalama Canon Ranch Vineyard and Winery, producing Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
