Greg Polchow

As a fourth-generation Californian, Greg offers his clients a vast knowledge of San Francisco and its neighborhoods as well as the trends that are unique to this real estate market. He is actively involved in various neighborhood and community groups including as a board member of the Russian Hill Neighbors, and in Friends of the Urban Forest and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association. Having lived in several of San Francisco's most popular neighborhoods including Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights and, currently, Russian Hill, Greg has a detailed understanding of the neighborhood cultures, geography and micro-climates. He knows which neighborhoods are best suited to meet each client's unique needs, whether it be a family looking for a more child-friendly environment, an investor seeking a truly urban pied-a-terre or any other special client need.

Greg started his real estate career in Chicago in late 2005 after a successful career in business development and sales in the shipping industry. In Chicago, he worked with a luxury brokerage selling homes and working extensively with developers on mid to large-scale luxury residential new construction and rehab projects. Greg has been selling residential real estate since 2008 in San Francisco, where he has been consistently partnered with top producing teams.

An avid supporter of the local arts scene, Greg also studied acting and worked as an actor in commercials, film and theater in New York and Chicago. A UC Berkeley alumni, Greg is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
