Deborah Svoboda

Deborah Svoboda has specialized in luxury San Francisco real estate for four decades. The daughter and granddaughter of real estate brokers and auctioneers, she grew up in the business and established herself as a consistent top producer well before joining Sotheby's International Realty in 2005.

Admired and respected by her peers, Deborah has a sterling reputation and is known for her diligence and straightforward style. She takes her fiduciary duty seriously, loyally acting in the best interests of her clients and guiding them carefully through every step of the sales process. Deborah's knowledge of the high-end Bay Area home market is deep and broad. She has brokered the sales of some of the finest homes in San Francisco and Marin County and was named one of the top 100 agents with Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. for 2024. In 2022, 2023, and 2024 her sales in Marin and San Francisco are ranked among the top 10.

Deborah attended William Woods University and the University of Nebraska and holds a B.A. in political science. She is a member of the San Francisco and California Associations of Realtors as well as Top Agent Network.
