This secured his reputation among colleagues and clients as one of the most effective and trusted Realtors on the Monterey Peninsula. Before he entered the real estate world, Kyle owned and ran multi-million dollar businesses for 30 years, allowing him to hone a sharp business acumen and artful negotiating skills. Building on an extensive background in business technology design, he has developed a unique capability for providing his clients with a clear and objective analysis of the local market.

Kyle has been married to Lisa for 35 years, and they have three daughters, ages 33, 30 and 22. By far, Kyle's and Lisa's greatest joy comes from spending time with their girls and their first grandson. Hiking, camping and preparing wholesome family-style meals are a few of the passions they share together.
