LJ Rose is an energetic go-getter who goes the extra mile for his clients. His discipline and drive are accompanied by a natural talent for helping people feel at ease.

Despite a busy college career — playing NAIA basketball for Southern Oregon University while majoring in Applied Finance and minoring in Economics — LJ still managed to get his California real estate license before he graduated. His previous experience in property management in the San Mateo area had sparked an interest in real estate and he saw no reason to delay. Within 6 months of obtaining his license he assisted on the closing of 3 separate transactions.

LJ has seamlessly translated his experience and connections in athletics into real estate, serving as the Director of Sports and Entertainment for the Malin Kansal Group. His understanding makes him an effective advisor to buyers and sellers with needs unique to those industries.

While still in college, LJ cut his teeth as an assistant to experienced agents in Oregon. After graduation, he returned to California to begin his real estate career in earnest. His clients benefit from the combination of analytical skills on the financial side of things and his drive to help people succeed. They also benefit from his connection to both sides of the Bay: the Peninsula from his work experience, and the East Bay where he makes his home.
