Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty
Julie’s professionalism and reputation for integrity give her buyers a distinct edge, whether they're searching in Sonoma County or Napa Valley. Her listings benefit not only from her marketing acumen but also from the global reach of Sotheby’s International Realty.
As a member of the Top Agent Network—reserved for agents in the top 10% of sales—Julie attributes much of her success to her commitment to kindness, compassion, and clear communication. A licensed real estate professional since 2005, Julie has been a steady, strategic presence through all market cycles.
For buyers, Julie offers visually-driven presentations that break down recent sales by price per square foot, lot size, remodeling levels, school rankings, and neighborhood amenities. Her professional offer packages stand out in competitive markets, and her talent for “reading the room” during negotiations consistently secures favorable prices and credits for her clients.
For sellers, Julie crafts custom marketing plans that include targeted ad placements, digital marketing campaigns, email alerts, and innovative open house strategies. She approaches every listing as if it were her own home—designing websites, flyers, and advertisements with creativity and precision. Her team of skilled handymen, stagers, and painters ensures each property shines.
Julie’s work has garnered media attention, including features and photos in Marin Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, the Marin Independent Journal, and the San Francisco Chronicle—including a listing that earned the coveted cover spot of the Sunday real estate section.
Before real estate, Julie enjoyed a successful career in television, producing for The History Channel, Entertainment Tonight, KPIX-TV’s Evening Magazine, MTV, and HGTV, where she shared her passion for stylish, budget-conscious design on Design Remix.
Julie is also deeply engaged in her community. In 2014, she helped found “Larkspur Fights Back,” a grassroots movement that opposed overdevelopment in one of Marin’s most congested areas. She’s a former public member of the Marin Independent Journal editorial board and served on the Citizens Advisory Committee for Larkspur’s General Plan.
Julie is the proud mother of two grown daughters, Christie and Emmy, and continues to bring her energy, experience, and dedication to every client she serves.
