With an impressive background in sustainable development, Annie stands out for her expertise and strategic vision. Originally from French Canada, her love for Costa Rica its biodiversity and culture led her to build her first home in Ojochal in 2000.

With extensive experience in tourism development and residential construction in Canada, she relocated permanently to Guanacaste in 2020, where she continues to excel in project management.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Annie combines attentive listening, sharp analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction and real estate sales. Her personalized approach ensures a smooth and secure experience at every stage of your project.

Outside of work, you will probably find her in Tamarindo or Playa Grande, walking her dogs, surfing with her son, or connecting with her local community.
