Hassan joined Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty’s growing team as a Sales Manager, Project Developments, specialising in luxury residential real estate across Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Red Sea. He has rapidly made his mark, closing 17 properties in the past year and securing first place in both revenue and total units transacted across the firm.

Hassan’s career has been shaped by a rich professional background. He is a graduate in Law and Political Science from Beirut Arab University, and started off his formative years in Egypt as a criminal lawyer before moving into financial services and later transitioning to UAE’s banking sector, where he spent over six years, focusing on real estate and mortgage financing.
Armed with a wealth of experience and a strong network of connections, his next endeavour led him to Saudi Arabia, where he continued in mortgage advisory before moving fully into the property sector.

With vast exposure across law, insurance, banking and real estate, Hassan is well placed to guide his clients on all aspects of the residential sales process, especially through complex negotiations and legal disputes.
