A native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a proud resident of Sonoma Valley since 1984, Lynn Ochoa brings deep local roots and a wealth of regional knowledge to her real estate practice. She grew up in Glen Ellen, attended high school in Napa Valley, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College.

Before transitioning into real estate, Lynn built a strong foundation in sales and marketing through her work in the local wine industry and seven years in luxury hospitality in Napa Valley. These experiences honed her skills in client service, strategic marketing, and relationship building—assets she now brings to every real estate transaction.
