Kate McKain combines a passion for client service with a strong background in entrepreneurship, law, and technology. As the founder and CEO of a successful ed tech company, Kate built trusted partnerships and navigated complex high stakes transactions—skills that now set her apart in her practice with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

A lifelong Scottsdale resident, Kate has deep knowledge of the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets. She holds a law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU and is a skilled negotiator and advocate, with a sharp eye for detail.

Outside of work, Kate is an avid hiker, tennis player and has a keen eye for exceptional architecture and interior design. She is actively involved in her community and always seeking ways to connect with others through shared interests and local experiences.
