Mark specializes in luxury homes on acreage, recreational properties with live water, country estates, and high-end residential real estate. His extensive experience also includes representing buyers in commercial transactions. With deep roots in the region and a sincere passion for its lifestyle and land, Mark helps clients find their ideal slice of Hill Country living.
Known for his unreasonable hospitality and high-touch service, Mark brings honesty, energy, and unwavering character to every transaction. His personal motto, “Bring Character,” reflects a belief that real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and purpose-driven decisions. Clients rely on him not just for his market expertise, but for the way he makes them feel throughout the journey.
Originally from Austin and raised in Tyler/Longview, Mark attributes his strong work ethic and love of the outdoors to his upbringing in a close-knit, conservative family. Before entering real estate, he worked as a petroleum landman — an experience that sharpened his understanding of minerals, water rights, and conservation, all of which benefit his clients today.
Since 2008, Mark has proudly called Fredericksburg home, where he lives with his wife Pam, owner of the successful boutique The Shops on Llano. Together, they enjoy travel, fine wine, and time with their Labradoodle, Birdie. When not working, Mark can be found upland bird hunting, fishing, rucking, weight training, and enjoying golf and college football.
For a true taste of Fredericksburg, ask Mark about his favorite local spots — Casa Chloe, Vaudeville, Hill & Vine, El Quincho, Jack’s Chophouse, and Hondo’s, just to name a few.
