Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in education from Wright State University. She currently resides in Huntersville, North Carolina.
Kate began her real estate career as a licensed assistant to a team of five agents in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 15 years in the acting and modeling industry, earning national commercial spots for brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Lowe's Home Improvement and Coca-Cola, as well as a speaking role on 'The Young and the Restless' in 2005. This experience gave her a keen eye for photography and home staging, skills she now uses to provide high-quality marketing for her clients' properties.
Kate's professional memberships include the Canopy Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, Ohio REALTORS® and the Springfield Board of REALTORS®. She received her first license in South Carolina and also has been licensed in Ohio since 2008. She worked at an independent brokerage for over a decade before opening her own in 2019, serving as broker/owner/CEO and overseeing 12 full-time agents. Excited to return to working directly with clients in North Carolina, Kate is proud to be associated with Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
Kate's mission is to create a surprisingly elevated experience for clients by focusing on quality over quantity. Outside of real estate, Kate's personal interests include yoga, wakesurfing, waterskiing, snow skiing, pickleball, tennis and golf. Her notable accomplishments include receiving the Ohio Association of REALTORS® President's Sales Club Award, being nominated for the Springfield Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2009, serving as the 2011 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Clark-Champaign Chapter and founding Gallery Homes Real Estate in Ohio.
