A driving force in preserving the natural beauty of the Southern Crescent, Sandra helped form the Chattahoochee Hill Country Alliance and played a foundational role in the creation of Serenbe, where she also served as a broker. Sandra brings unmatched market knowledge, a patient and creative negotiating style and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships. She has been a Top Producer since 2013 and is the recipient of The Phoenix Award from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

Susanna Powell, a seasoned real estate professional and longtime entrepreneur, brings a global lens to the team. Raised in Massachusetts with deep family ties in Georgia, Susanna built a successful international career in Cabo San Lucas as a top agent for Los Cabos Sotheby’s International Realty. Now based in Newnan and affiliated with The Storrar Group, Susanna is known for her meticulous attention to detail, loyalty to clients and a keen eye for design and staging. Her diverse background, from hospitality to high-end outdoor furniture, enriches her approach to matching clients with properties that align with their lifestyles and values.

Evan McKinney rounds out the team with a lifelong connection to homebuilding and real estate. As a Newnan native from a family of luxury custom builders, Evan has an intuitive grasp of construction, floor plans and home potential. Having started her career in 2014 with Sandra and recently returned to The Storrar Group, Evan offers her clients knowledgeable, hands-on service and specializes in resale and new construction.
