With family roots stretching from Carroll Gardens to Bay Ridge, Gail sees the entirety of Brooklyn as her home. She treasures the childhood she spent in the borough and recalls what an amazing opportunity it was to be raised in a place with such a plethora of opportunities for learning and growth. Gail fondly recalls taking trips with her father into Manhattan and credits her father’s deep appreciation of architectural beauty for the cultivation of her own.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Gail successfully operated and managed Leeder Fire Protection, a sixty-five year-old business serving the residents of Red Hook, Cobble Hill, and Carroll Gardens. After over twenty years with Leeder, Gail seized the opportunity to merge her extensive building management connections with her love of architectural design by entering real estate. The passion with which she serves her clients stems from her strong drive to achieve and dedication to excellence in all of her endeavors.

The resolve and determination that are hallmarks of Gail’s business style can also be seen in her love for athletics, particularly racquet sports. Off of the court, she enjoys dabbling with design, style, and fashion. Regardless of the pursuit, Gail is happiest any time she is able to meet new people, develop relationships, and build lasting connections with others.
