Matthew Fitzpatrick decided to join his father, Tom, in real estate after years of accompanying him to luxury property showings. Following his graduation from Ohana Institute, he successfully earned his real estate license and has proudly joined Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty and the Fitzpatrick Group. Matthew has expertise in managing and maintaining luxury vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach. He has in-depth knowledge of how income-producing properties work for the savvy investor. Matthew has always been interested in homes and construction. His entrepreneurial mindset combined with a detail-oriented approach is frequently complimented by his clients. In his free time, Matthew enjoys smashing a golf ball over 300 yards and playing classic rock from artists like CSN and Tom Petty on his guitar. More recently, he’s taught himself the process of restoring vintage cars and motorcycles.
