Ann Coley has lived on the Upper East Side of New York City for 25 years. Ann earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Syracuse University and worked on several fixed income trading floors. This experience provides her clients with her own strategic approach to evaluating, positioning, and pricing their real estate asset on the sell side, as well as providing advice and advocacy on the buy side to ensure price optimization and a smooth closing.
