Francine began her real estate career with Sotheby's International Realty as Sales Manager for the luxury residences at Mill District Healdsburg, where she played a pivotal role in the project's successful debut and continues to serve as a preferred agent. She is also co-founder of Live Better, a Healdsburg-based design/build firm she operates with her husband, whose Northern California projects have achieved record-breaking sales.

Her background includes leadership roles in global communications and brand strategy with J. Walter Thompson and Electronic Arts, as well as directing international marketing across 12 countries for a luxury hospitality company. After her corporate career, Francine founded The Far Company, a high-end furniture showroom serving top Bay Area designers and retailers.

An accomplished author and coach, Francine wrote Think Better. Live Better. (She Writes Press, Berkeley, CA) and was commissioned by Random House to edit Your Right to Be Rich, based on Napoleon Hill's legendary lectures.
