Cat Williams

Born and reared in Montgomery, Alabama, Cat Williams has spent 20 years living bicoastally between New York City and Los Angeles before relocating to Nashville in 2019. Prior to her pivot into the exciting world of real estate, Cat was a professional actor and associate theater director, counting numerous regional and Broadway shows on her resume. A lifetime of experience working closely with people and time-sensitive deadlines makes Cat an excellent strategist whether you are looking to relocate, buy, or sell your home. She is fiercely dedicated and loyal to her clients and her approach is very personal; she spends a great deal of time getting to know her clients as well as understanding their individual needs and aspirations. Cat attended Southern Methodist University and The Boston Conservatory of Music. She holds a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and is a member of the Greater Nashville Realtors Association. She is married to Dr. Joseph Pazona, a urologist in private practice in Nashville, and is the fun bonus mom to Grady (14), Amelie (12), and Reed (6). In her free time she can be found enjoying Nashville’s marvelous restaurant scene, taking in a performance by the symphony at the Schermerhorn, or laughing until she cries at Zanies.
