His background managing luxury residences in Kukui'ula, combined with his extensive local knowledge, provides clients with unparalleled market insight.

Connor’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted. Inspired by his father, a boutique real estate broker, and his mother, an interior designer, he developed a keen understanding of both the market and the art of creating exceptional living spaces. Following graduation from the University of San Diego in 2015, Connor moved to Poipu with his wife, Emily, to pursue a life closer to nature and establish his real estate career.

To best serve his clients, Connor has gained in-depth knowledge of each distinct community on Kaua'i and the opportunities they offer. This expertise allows him to guide clients to properties that perfectly align with their goals and lifestyles. Working in partnership with his twin brother, Paul, who handles the North Shore, Connor provides seamless, full-island service with a spirit of aloha.

With 45+ years of experience as licensed real estate professionals, The Jetton Group offers clients world-class representation. Connor’s years in luxury property management have cultivated valuable relationships with vetted contractors. He is also very familiar with the short-term rental regulations on the island.
When he’s not assisting clients, Connor enjoys surfing, hiking, biking, and spending time with his ‘ohana. He is dedicated to environmental conservation and strives to embody the Hawaiian value of Aloha ʻĀina—love and respect for the land.
