Elizabeth Heuermann is a seasoned veteran with nearly 20 years of experience as a top-producing and award-winning real estate professional. As a sales associate with the Marco Island office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Elizabeth is dedicated to making other's real estate dreams come true by assisting them to buy or sell their own piece of paradise.

In addition to her expertise in new construction sales and selling and listing pre-existing properties, Elizabeth has personally designed, developed, financed, and sold over a dozen speculative homes of her own. With her excellent negotiation skills, individualized service, and extensive real estate background, Elizabeth is an asset to any customer looking to buy or sell a condominium or existing property, as well as those seeking to build their dream home.

Elizabeth's real estate career began in her home state of Illinois, where she was a member of the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS®. Currently residing in Marco Island, she belongs to the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition to her professional affiliations, Elizabeth holds the distinctive Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation.

An alumna of Indiana University at Bloomington, Elizabeth earned dual bachelor's degrees in public relations and music, with a concentration on voice. She also holds an Italian Proficiency Certificate from the University of Siena in Italy. After touring as a professional vocalist performing in many leading roles across the United States and Europe, Elizabeth felt a calling to help give other singers of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to follow their musical dreams. In 2011, she was appointed as the general and artistic director of the New York Lyric Opera Theatre, where she developed the company's international summer music program, vocal competition, and theatrical season. Elizabeth has produced over 300 shows in renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the National Opera Center, most of which were performed before sold-out audiences.

A strong believer in giving back to the local community, Elizabeth has volunteered her time to many organizations over the years, such as the Junior League and Salvation Army, and has sung in numerous hospitals, nursing homes, and inner-city schools.
