Melissa has over 15 years of experience in multiple facets of the industry. Prior to a career in real estate, she worked as a life insurance agent, as well as a manager and trainer to 100+ life insurance agents. She was then recruited by a financial planning and insurance partner as a senior consultant. Through working with 18 of the 20 largest financial advisory firms in the insurance business, Melissa saw a future in real estate and joined the marketing team at Realtor.com. She became a senior marketing consultant and assisted Realtors from all over the country in building their own brands and marketing systems. After years of assisting others with growing their businesses, Melissa realized her true passion for real estate and began to grow her own vocation throughout the Conejo Valley, Ventura, and the San Fernando Valley.

Melissa's loves are her two daughters and in her free time she enjoys yoga, hiking, organizing, and cleaning. She is a true Conejo Valley native and has resided in the area for over 30 years.
