Caroline Ashworth

Caroline is an Atlanta native, who grew up in the Buckhead area, and is a graduate of The Lovett School and the University of Alabama, where she was an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Her passion for real estate, development and marketing was established at a young age, as she experienced Metro Atlanta’s growth first-hand; however, it was during her time at the University of Alabama that she was able to pursue these passions.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a specialization in real estate, Caroline spent the next six years immersed in the industry as the senior marketing coordinator at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. During this time, Caroline worked with agents, developers and clients and was a liaison to the Sotheby's International Realty® network and brand. She was also responsible for overseeing marketing and advertising initiatives, budgets and managing social media accounts.

Caroline obtained her real estate license in 2019 and is a member of The Bayne Battleson Group. Led by founder Sam Bayne and Ashley Battleson, the team has consistently ranked as a top five team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty for the past 10 years, and since 2001, has achieved more than $1.25 billion in sales.

Caroline is dedicated to representing her client's best interests and assisting every step of the way. Tapping into her long-time passions, she utilizes her marketing background in her day-to-day work to help her clients effectively market their homes for sale and offers expertise when guiding them through the negotiation and decision-making processes. From representing first-time homebuyers to those looking to downsize, Caroline is committed to helping buyers and sellers across the Atlanta market including the Ansley Park, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Midtown, Peachtree Hills, Sandy Springs and Virginia-Highland areas.

Caroline and her husband, Kevin, live in Brookhaven with their two children, Scottie and Grant, and their two dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being active and trying everything new Atlanta has to offer!
