Maura "Nancy" Elia

Nancy Elia services clients in Summit and surrounding towns as well as the Bay Head / Mantoloking area at the Jersey Shore; she is a member of both GSMLS and MOMLS. Nancy has over 15 years experience as a consistently top producing realtor, with great listening, follow-up, and negotiating skills. An active member of the Summit community, where she raised two children, for nearly 23 years and an involved homeowner in Mantoloking since 2007, Nancy is able to leverage her in-depth understanding of both areas to help a buyer find the perfect home or seller successfully list and sell their home at the right price in the least amount of time. Prior to real estate sales, Nancy sold fixed income securities for 16 years for a major bank in New York and Tokyo.
