Sueann LYE

Sueann Lye, Senior Associate Vice President, List Sotheby's International Realty, Singapore, joined the real estate industry in 2009, focusing primarily in the core central region.

She is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, including advising clients on property acquisitions, sales, corporate leasing, and bank financing.

Over the past decade, Sueann has successfully facilitated a significant number of prime residential estate transactions in Singapore. As a result, she has, on one hand, helped many satisfied clients buy a dream home for their families and on the other hand, helped many real estate investors realize the value of their investments.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Sueann spent over 8 years in leading multinational corporations as a Brand Manager, focusing on Marketing and Brand Management.
