Walter started in real estate through designing, building and marketing luxury estates in the Hamptons resort area of Long Island. He has collaborated with top architects to create exquisite luxury homes in the Hamptons and in Naples, Florida, two of the most prestigious communities in the world. His clients include business leaders and other high-profile individuals, who know they can depend on Walter's strong work ethic, honesty and integrity to buy or sell property with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.

Prior to his career in real estate, Walter was a private equity investor in a number of successful start-up companies and held a number of management roles with Microsoft during its period of explosive growth.
