Marc Wachenheimer has a wealth of experience in marketing with a background as a Creative Director and Business Unit Director in advertising. His award-winning success in property marketing during the last 5 years has been influenced by his fine understanding of client inter-action. Marc and his partner Stan Rosenberg specialise in the ‘top-end’ luxury Sectional Title and Cluster homes in the Morningside & Sandown areas. He is a member of the exam-based Estate Agency Affairs Board, the official controlling body in South Africa.
