A native of California’s Central Coast, Novoa earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University. She stayed in Southern California when she
discovered the lifestyle and amenities of Manhattan Beach, and she and her family have made it their home for more than two decades. Novoa gives back to the community with time and contributions that support local school education & athletic foundations, parent teacher organizations, local artists & businesses, National Charity League, and as an active donor to the “Give Back Homes” program which builds homes for people in need.
