Nicole Rich

Nicole Griffiths is a full-time real estate broker who focuses on loyalty, mutual respect, trust and communication in her relationships with her clients. After 12 million in sales in 2016, she was named “Rookie of the Year” and her continued success placed her in the top 10 percent of her brokerage for the first quarter of 2019. She is a specialist in waterfront property, having sold a number of lakefront homes as well as owning one herself.
Born and raised in the area, Nicole is a true Woodinville local, with deep knowledge of the unique character of the area neighborhoods. She provides uncompromising attention to detail and is responsive to both the expressed and unexpressed wishes of her clients. Whether it’s finding a forever home or helping to close the door on an existing home filled with memories, Nicole loves sharing in the excitement as her clients embark on a new chapter in their lives.
When not busy working with her clients, you might find Nicole fishing, skiing, dirt biking and snowmobiling with her two boys. She loves hot yoga, girls’ weekends away and wine tasting in the Woodinville wine district. She also happens to be an expert in antique and vintage furniture restoration. Nicole is passionate about both work and family life, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
