Kelly Allen

Kelly was born and raised on O‘ahu and has been in real estate since 1993. A graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, she comes from a family of Realtors and found her footing in the industry during a challenging market. She quickly developed a passion for property management and investment real estate, eventually building one of the largest rental portfolios in luxury buildings and homes. Her strength lies in the details—she’s highly organized, a clear communicator, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. Whether managing properties or guiding buyers and sellers, Kelly’s long-standing client relationships and steady stream of referrals are a testament to the trust she’s earned over the years. She lives in Mānoa Valley with her husband and their three growing boys.
