Gwyn Carter Rice has been a market leader for over 30 years. With her business partner Lisa Stennes-Laikind, she created The TEAM Advantage, which leverages 80 years of combined experience in real estate and the distinctive skill sets of the team to deliver positive results for their clients.

Gwyn has showcased her commitment to her clients, company, and profession by serving on the Networking and Advisory Council for San Diego's luxury offices. The group is dedicated to refining the company's offerings and services pertaining to the upper tier of the marketplace, while fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration among its members.

Gwyn enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of the San Diego market to provide buyers, sellers, investors, and builders with exceptional results. Serving the community is another favorite pastime, as her passion for volunteering and leadership efforts are evidenced throughout the county.

In her free time, Gwyn enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle. She currently resides in Solana Beach with her husband Mark Rice, the Vice President of a biotech software development company. Her daughter Sheridan was a 'lifer' at La Jolla Country Day School and now attends Emory University.
