Jacquelyn Wilson is a Colorado Springs REALTOR® recognized for her strategic approach, refined negotiation skills, and ability to guide clients through complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence. She serves a diverse range of clients, delivering tailored strategies that align lifestyle goals with long-term value. With a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business from the University of North Texas, Jacquelyn’s professional foundation was built in corporate leadership. She previously served as National Procurement Manager for Invited (formerly ClubCorp), the largest owner and operator of private clubs in the United States. In this role, she led company-wide contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and large-scale purchasing initiatives. That experience now directly benefits her real estate clients through data-driven pricing, strong advocacy, and disciplined negotiation. Licensed in both Texas and Colorado, Jacquelyn brings a multi-market perspective and a deep understanding of market shifts, positioning, and timing. Her background in real estate marketing further enhances her ability to position homes effectively on the market and advise buyers on competitive, well-structured offers. Jacquelyn believes real estate is a powerful wealth-building tool that should be understood and strategically leveraged by everyone, regardless of where they are in their journey. She brings a transparent, strategic approach to every transaction and, through direct communication and customized guidance, ensures clients understand their options and enjoy a seamless, well-managed experience from start to finish. After relocating to Colorado Springs in 2023, Jacquelyn quickly immersed herself in the local market and community. She values the area’s active lifestyle, 300+ days of sunshine, and welcoming culture, which make it easy to build meaningful connections. Outside of real estate, Jacquelyn enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and exploring Colorado Springs’ local food scene. On weekends, she can often be found grabbing an iced latte from Loyal or Story Coffee, visiting the OCC Farmers Market, or spending time at Bear Creek Dog Park with her dog, Cooper.
