Michael Davi is a real estate professional with Sotheby's International Realty, deeply rooted in the Monterey Peninsula community and its rich real estate history. Born and raised in Carmel, Michael comes from a family whose involvement in local real estate dates back to the 1940s. His grandfather began investing in properties across the Peninsula, and today, nearly a dozen family members remain active in the industry—a legacy Michael proudly continues.
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Regional Development and a minor in Business, Michael launched his career in public relations and marketing at a fast-paced Southern California agency. Over six years, he advanced from intern to manager, overseeing high-profile accounts across industries including technology, sports, health and fitness, aerospace, and fashion. His experience in strategic marketing and executive-level communications honed skills that now elevate his real estate practice.
In 2017, Michael returned to the Monterey Peninsula to pursue his passion for real estate, working alongside his father, John Davi—a top-producing agent for more than 48 years—at their boutique firm, Davi Properties Group. This hands-on experience provided Michael with invaluable mentorship and a deep understanding of the fundamentals of real estate: integrity, service, and results.
Today, as part of Sotheby's International Realty, Michael combines his marketing expertise, local insight, and family legacy to deliver exceptional outcomes for buyers and sellers. His approach is client-focused, detail-oriented, and grounded in a commitment to excellence.
Michael lives in Monterey with his wife, Sara, and their two daughters, Bella and Lia. A devoted "girl dad," he enjoys golf, basketball, softball, and exploring the Peninsula's beaches, hiking trails, and world-class amenities. For Michael, there is no better place to live—and he feels privileged to help others find their home in this extraordinary community.
