Steve Markham

Steve grew up in the United States and Mexico. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a degree in international economics and finance. After a lengthy career in international high-profile companies such as The World Bank and Development Gateway, and prior to moving to Spain, worked at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. Over 68% of his business comes from referrals from satisfied clients. He was sales director that pre-sold over 65% of The Arts Residences at The Thompson Hotel which are some of the most expensive condominiums in Texas. He was consistently ranked in the top 1-5% of realtors in the United States. This has equipped him with an excellent understanding of how to integrate his expertise in selling or finding your next house, condo, or investment property. He is now working with Spain Sotheby’s International Realty in Sevilla and focuses on clients moving to Spain.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Part of his approach and commitment is to help his clients connect to communities and activities that interest them.
