He has consistently excelled in leading sales teams at various brokerages, securing and selling top-tier listings across both markets.
Before transitioning into real estate, Ivan was the international sales manager at NCR Corporation, where he led a team of 25 consultants across the U.S., South America, and Central America. His leadership, expertise in sales strategy, and team management were instrumental in his successful career in real estate.
Ivan holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from UT. After years of successful selling, he made a strategic decision to shift into a management role, focusing on empowering agents and fostering business growth.
