Shyla Blair

Shyla Blair is a licensed Sales Representative, she is based in Waterloo Region, but is no stranger to all our surrounding and rural markets. Growing up between Cambridge and Ayr, riding horses in Paris and travelling to many surrounding beaches, campgrounds, parks and cottages, she is well versed in many of the different surrounding markets. She is always ready to put on her Hunter boots, hop in her jeep and drive to the country.

With a background in Science and Customer Service she brings her critical thinking and love of working with people to every situation.

Community and relationships are very important to Shyla. She loves to support and partner with local farms, businesses and service providers. She is constantly sharing new and old local gems with her clients, especially ones new to the area. Shyla is hard working and reliable. Knowledge and client care are her absolute priority. She prides herself on not only her relationships with her clients but also other agents, getting her clients their dream homes with ease and full communication.

Shyla could not be more happy to be working alongside her mother Renee to make up Blair & Associates. For many years she has watched and admired Renee and has made the achievement of becoming one of Waterloo Region's top agents.
