Michael DeCarli

With a background in Marketing, Sales, and Economics, Michael began his professional Real Estate career in the fast-paced environment of downtown Toronto. In 2021 he returned home to Southern Georgian Bay with his wife to start his family, and to enjoy all of the incredible experiences that the area has to offer. Born and raised in Tiny Township, and a current resident of Collingwood, Michael takes pleasure in helping others discover the same love that he has for the area.

Michael prides himself on providing a smooth and tailored service to meet the needs of every client – with no exceptions. From the beginning of the consultation process, all the way through to closing, he believes that no detail is too small, and that transparent and reliable communication is essential for a successful transaction. Michael’s continuing goal is to provide a seamless experience for his clients, using his acute understanding of current market conditions to take the guesswork out of the equation while building confidence in the decision making process.

Michael is active in covering all areas of Southern Georgian Bay, and maintains a strong focus on the greater Collingwood area. He specializes in the residential buying and selling process, with further expertise in recreational and commercial transactions, negotiation, and pricing.

When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, travelling, exploring the outdoors, hosting family and friends for a BBQ, volunteering in the community, and checking out local restaurants and breweries.
