Mona Spencer

Mona and Gordy are both third-generation Pacific Northwesters. Mona has been deeply involved in the real estate industry since the mid 80’s. She knows the business inside and out. She has been a licensed Real Estate Instructor with the State of Washington, a Branch Managing Broker of one of the most successful real estate offices in the Pacific Northwest, has served on the Forms Committee, the Rules and Regulations Committee and the Disciplinary Committee for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

What Mona's background means to clients is that she knows contracts and how those contracts are used to represent buyers and sellers. Through experience and reviewing thousands of contracts over the years, Mona has solved the various challenges that can hinder transactions. She understands the importance of crossing every “t” and dotting every “i”. This indicates to you is that she understands strategy and negotiation based on the use of the contract forms. You can count on Mona and Gordy to make sure every detail is taken care of to ensure a smooth transaction. Mona also has an extensive legal background and work background that is key to her empathy and understanding of the life events that lead to change. Mona and Gordy make a great team. Gordy has been working with Mona for over ten years. Before real estate he had an outstanding career in Supply Chain Management for Boeing. Mona and Gordy feel very thankful that they love real estate and working together. Mona and Gordy reside in Kenmore Washington where they raised their two boys. When not working, Mona is playing her drums, and writing and producing songs. When not working, Gordy is out on the golf course. Together, Mona and Gordy enjoy spending time with friends and family, volunteering, TV binging, movies, baking, hiking, and holding hands while taking long walks.
